CANCELLATION POLICY

At VB Aesthetics, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure we can continue providing exceptional service to all clients, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy below. Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling We respectfully require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests. This allows us the opportunity to accommodate other clients waiting for appointments. Late Cancellations Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service amount. No-Show Appointments Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. Deposits Any booking deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward your scheduled service. Deposits may be transferred one time when rescheduling is made with proper 24-hour notice. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving late may receive a shortened service time in order to avoid delays for other scheduled guests. Full service pricing will still apply. Card on File and Card Payments A valid card on file may be required to reserve appointments. By booking, you agree to the terms of this cancellation policy. All card payments will be subject to a 3.5% processing fee. Cash or check will not be. We greatly appreciate your understanding, support, and respect for our time and scheduling.
